"Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and quirky but there was 0 water pressure in fact when showing water came in and out. It made things quite difficult."
"Hotel Revival has its issues, but I loved it anyway. The loudest issue was the AC, which made the doors vibrate when it came on. We asked for a different room, but it was hardly better. The room felt damp, and towels and sweaty clothes never dried (I know, Baltimore, but still). We asked for a turndown only once during our 6-night stay, but it didn't happen (felt sad to see a housekeeper practically running between rooms at 5pm). It's an old building, and you don't have to wander far to see how...
"The staff were kind so I actually debated whether to review or not . However at the nightly rate, no one should feel they are surprised on arrival. The property was very dated, no amenities, no elevated, window air conditioning only, furniture a bit unsightly, king size bed had just 2 flat pillows (more like used decorative pillows). If these were out of the property owner's control, I could understand but they aren't. Best wishes for swift improvements."
