The staff was very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. They had one of the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel.

Stephanie at the front desk was great. I was on the top floor, and unit. The blackout curtains did not shut all the way so I had quite a bit of light coming through when I was trying to sleep. Moderate noise from the roadway.

The hotel and room were very neat, clean and safe. We enjoyed staying in downtown Greeneville. They have lots of history to explore all within walking distance.
