"It was a nice hotel to stay. Infrastructure looks slightly oldish and needing some care but amenities were good. It was clean, has free and easy parking, good pool, nice lobby, located next to whakarewarewa thermal village... Nothing to complain about."

"Biggest pain was the bathroom door didnt close properly left a 100mm gap. Otherwise good sized room, and the service and meal at the restaurant was excellent..the views from the restaurant are superb. Service desk was at least half an hour late unlocking doors to the stairs, not the best."
