"We stayed for 2 of the 3 days scheduled, we had to get room cards programed 5 times in 2 days, asked for a room cleaning after 2nd day, but they didn't get that done. When we went down to ask again, nothing got done, was told she had to talk to the manager but apparently the manager was out running ..."
