Old warn down hotel.

This hotel is run down, the beds are over their estimated lifetime, so not comfortable at all. Our door handle fell off. The flush button on our toilet was constantly stuck, leading to a massive waste of water. There are fungus at the walls in the toilet. The room nr 1 is right next to the reception, so you can hear the noice from there clearly through the door, and specifically the receptionist talking on phone on speaker with someone for hours... Table is wobbly, only one heater in the room working, so pretty could, even with 3 comforters on top...

Good for stopover and catch up on laundry.

It was a good place for 1 night stay over. A bit out of the way. About 10mins by cab to central railway. Staff were extremely helpful. A few places to eat within a couple of 100 metres and a serviced laundromat nearby.

Stanza carina, bagno privato. Pulita. Alla reception utili volantini dai quali ho ordinato comodomante la cena. Purtroppo volevo del vino e l’hotel ne era sfornito ma nulla di grave. Avevano comunque una varia scelta di bevande non alcoliche. Unica pecca, al mattino mi sono svegliata a causa del freddo in stanza. Il resto della notte ho dormito benissimo.

The staff was extremely rude and impolite. The hotel is such a scam, we had to pay extra 16 Euros for bedding (never been asked for this in our lives before)! Also had to pay 2.50 Euros for each person for breakfast, which only included a drink (coffee/tea) and some croissant/biscuits. When we complained about how much extra we had to pay, the receptionist told us to stop talking and to go to our room as we didn't have a right to complain and if we didn't want to stay we can either leave or he'll call the police. This was at 11pm at night and I have 2 children with me and we were all tired; we didn't want a hassle, we were just annoyed with all the extra charges we had to pay for without having being told any of the information beforehand. Did not enjoy our stay there at all!

non proprio lontanissimo da metro e mezzi pubblici ma deludente. camera piccola,zanzare a go go ,zanzariere rotte,capelli sulla rete superiore del letto a castello (che tra l'altro avevo specificato di non volere.....la colazione poi?!? in sostanza servita fino alle 10 ma già dalle 9 non trovavi più un cornetto...

Molto meglio di quello che ci si aspetta!

Ero partito sapendo di non dovermi aspettare molto, invece devo dire che il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole. Personale molto gentile e garbato. Chiaramente non parliamo di un albergo di lusso, ma la stanza aveva tutti i confort ed era pulita. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e soddisfacente.

Great little place to stay would stay here again!!

We loved this hotel!! It was small and quiet. The staff were all helpful and friendly. It's very clean and homely. The people in the area are all friendly and helpful. The business were well priced with great food and service with a handy little supermarket close by for juice and snacks. It's also hand for all public transport we found the underground really easy to get to from here and it was fast getting into Milan city centre!! Would stay here again!!!

negativissima!!! hotel da incubo!!! zozzissimo, tutto vecchio, zona nascosta e isolata e molto buia. L a stanza rumorossissima. Zero rispetto, al mattino non e' possoibile riposare dalle 7 in poi. Rumori di lavori, la televisione accesa nella reception, il rumore della gente che viene e che va e delle chiacchiere. Per non parlare del canile accanto... Finestre senza tapparelle o tende oscuranti. bagno vecchio e zozzo e non erano presenti neppure gli oggetti per il bagno!!! e in piu la tassa per l biancheria, che dovrebbe essere compresa nel prezzo e non pagata a parte... c'erano persino le zanzare in stanza!!!!

Too high hidden costs. The price on the advert is half of what we had to pay. They charge for renting linen as high as the cost price for a pillow and a bedsheets. For just a little more, we could have got a star hotel in the city center. Rooms didn't have locks and we're open to everyone 24x7, no place to store luggage or even to stand or sit. Consider this only if you are staying alone, have no luggage and can't find anything else under 25 euros for a night.

hotel in una zona abbastanza scomoda , l'ho preso per 3 giorni visto che costava poco. Al mio arrivo mi hanno fatto pagare 10 euro in più per non so cosa . secondo me se volete spendere poco e starci magari una notte , è accettabile , ma per soggiorni più lunghi vi consiglio di puntare su qualcosa che ha più di 2 stelle e che abbia la stanza privata. In il bagno. Il bagno era sporchissimo , mi lavavo sopra una busta , puzzava e per terra c'era sempre l'acqua.
