Iam writing regarding the room my mother and I stayed in on Christmas Eve. While the room was a reasonable size, it was extremely dated and had visible dents in the wall, which immediately suggested poor maintenance. However, the bathroom was the main issue, and it was in a condition that should never be offered to paying guests.
The attached photos show mold along the caulking, rusted and corroded fixtures, cracked fittings, and clear signs of long-term neglect. The bathroom did not feel clean, safe, or hygienic. No guest should be expected to use facilities in this state.
In addition, the WiFi was unusable throughout our stay, forcing me to rely on my own mobile data. Combined with the dated décor and the condition of the bathroom, it is evident that the room is in urgent need of refurbishment. I am also concerned whether other rooms are in a similar condition, as these issues appear to be ongoing rather than isolated.
Given the impact on our stay and the condition shown in the photos, I am requesting appropriate compensation or a refund. This is a reasonable and justified expectation based on the evidence provided.
Please confirm how you intend to resolve this matter. If I do not receive a response within 7 days, I will escalate this complaint further.
