"It was the nicest place that I have ever stayed for the price"

"We booked this for our mini honeymoon the three nights following our wedding (end of Sept) and were excited to stay in the King Suite. But ended up being quite disappointed. The room was very cold with no heat and the front desk person wasn't the nicest when we asked for extra blankets. We weren't expecting the red carpet but at least a "thanks so much for choosing to stay here for your honeymoon". "From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. "This place could really use some updating, the fridge hummed loudly off and on all day, I found many hairs on the bed, only the two smallest burners worked and whoever was in the room above me constantly walked back and forth all day & night! And I have yet to receive my damage deposit as today and I checked-out on Saturday April 18th!"
