Our stay at Courtyard in Brown Deer was excellent. The room was clean and relaxing. The Hotel front desk personnel was exceptional! Although I arrived a day ahead of my scheduled stay there, assistance was provided to update my reservations through Expedia. Looking forward to using this location in the future!!

It was an amazing experience. All of the staff were extremely friendly! Special shout out to the lovely woman at the front desk who helped me with my check in and Jarvis was so amazing at the bar. 10/10 would recommend coming here!!

The room was ok, could hav been better. Hotel that served breakfast without breakfast. Didn’t come with room they stated. Didn’t have any to but either. Shouldn’t advertise something that you don’t have. Staff was nasty as well. Especially the cook. Will not stay anymore or recommend to anyone. And to think I worked there 20 years ago. Things really change.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Walls and doors show signs of wear. TV image quality could be better, it is not HD. Easy parking, the hotel is located on a main road with easy access to highways.
