"No elevator.. don’t understand how a hotel has no elevator, especially one so close to the airport, knowing most who stay here are travelling through with luggage. Stayed here for one night. The lady at front desk thankfully put me in a room on first floor so there were no stairs. The room was dark and run down, and shower pressure was almost non existent. "Overall clean with good food. Rooms suffer from form over function, however. The shower and bedroom share a frosted glass wall, so when you go to the bathroom at night, the bathroom light illuminates the bedroom. Also the window coverings are sheer curtains with no blackouts, so light streams in very early in summer. Rough if you’re facing east."

"I have sensitive skin and your towels were VERY scratchy. No fabric softener. I was afraid to take the elevators as they sounded as if it would fail. The stopper in the bathtub did not work right so I had to keep adding water. The restaurant was not in the same hotel, I had to go to another hotel for dinner even though your site says restaurant in amenities. "We had a nice two night stay in a clean comfortable room. Quick basic breakfast on site with a quick walk to the subway to get downtown without the hassle of bringing a vehicle downtown.
Not our first visit to Monte Carlo and we will definitely be back."

"I chose Hilton Hotels & Resorts expecting a certain standard, especially after arriving from a 16-hour flight, but unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing.
The room was in poor condition from the moment I entered. The bathroom floors were visibly dirty, and the hotel overall felt very dated. The window seals were worn out, allowing cold air to enter the room which was especially uncomfortable given that it was 3°C outside. To make matters worse, the heater was not functioning...

"Didn't realise needed to call for airport shuttle hence waiting around longer than necessary.
Getting back to airport was no problem. Nice to asked what time shuttle required rather than having to request it.
