"Excellent newer hotel in Anan. When traveling in Japan we often stay at Route Inn properties as they are a big improvement over your typical business hotel. Comfortable rooms with modern interiors., excellent staff and a very good breakfast buffet which excellent variety."

"It has a perfect location right before the bus terminal and the JR station. It’s kind to provide the way to the front desk not with a useful board but using animations. Breakfast is good, room is quite, but leaning against the bed is a bit hard."

"Hotel with a great view over Tokushima city. Property is tidy but looking a little old and tired. Onsen (hot pool) is nice. Restaurant is buffet style and OK without being amazing. You need to own/rent a car if you stay here because it is difficult to reach from Tokushima (there is a shuttle bus once a day, and a ropeway)."

"The room was clean and soundproof. Staff were very helpful. We didn’t have any meals there but cafe looked nice. I would’ve used the pool except you had to pay extra. Seemed strange for a hotel guest. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and easy to get to by bus."
