"I loved this resort. This was paradise I can only have ever dreamed of and spending my birthday here was very relaxing and peaceful. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, loved hearing “Morning Sir” everyday. The beach was just as beautiful as the pictures show however the jellyfish fish signs should be relocated so they are not hidden by tree branches. Food at the Bamboo Kitchen was delicious and the shuttle driver was great at helping us with directions and alternative transportation "

"We stayed for 2 nights at Chali. First of all there is no swimmable beach. The view is industrial as the property is off a very busy highway. Nevertheless once you are in the property, there is a semblance of being in a resort. There is a pool but we didn’t use it although the people who were using it seemed to enjoy it. "Darrel and the rest of the staff was more than accommodating. They could not have been friendlier or more helpful with your every request. The electricity went out two times not the fault of the resort, but the backup generator was not working. We had a beachfront cottage which had wonderful views."
