"The location was perfect for access into Betws-y-Coed. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We finished off our stay with a lovely breakfast."

"A Symphony of brown, beige, caramel and every hideous colour under the sun. Very creaky rooms, I could hear the next-door people quite clearly walking about on the squeaky floorboards and even talking. I dread to think what it would be like in a fire – very confusing interior layout and no signs ..."
