Everything was good except we asked for a late check out as we had Diamond rewards status and were told the rooms needed to be cleaned so they could not do that. I thought Diamond status said free late check out was free.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was great and very clean. Connection to the skyway was a plus. Will definitely stay here again.
