"The staff were extremely kind and accommodating The property location is ideal and their shuttle bus takes you to and from the Mall of America (less than 5 minutes) and the airport (less than 15 minutes). There’s a grocery store across the street and the train that will take you to downtown Minneapolis. The only issue I had was that they appeared to be short-staffed. I called for 5 hours and never got a response. We waiting nearly an hour for a shuttle bus from the mall to the hotel. Granted, the weather was awful. At the same time, other hotel buses were running regularly. I saw over 50 before I lost count. Regardless, I still recommend the hotel for its staff and convenient location. "
