"We enjoyed the shuttle to the Mall of America, very convenient. The pool was smaller and the coloring was off but the kids had fun. Friendly staff and room services from Wooleys was excellent. If we plan another trip, we will book again in this hotel."

"We booked with a cancellable reservation because we are elderly, we had to leave a day early. "We happened to be there on a weekend when the place was booked full of teenagers. So the pool, hot tub, gym, breakfast, everything were all completely overrun. Room was pretty dirty - stains on couch, carpets, hair and grime all over bathroom. Pretty convenient for mall of America and airport."
