"Hotel was close to our festival at Topeka. The staff was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff went far and beyond to accommodate during our stay. Breakfast was very good and always stocked for all guests. The entire hotel was clean and tidy. Check in was fast and friendly."

"Overall, the resort is a beautiful property. ‘Have vacationed at this resort several times. ‘Stayed in Emerald Tower this time with Westward view; sunsets were beautiful! Room interior was nice but nothing exceptional. Mattress was well past its prime. Dined in the Sandcastles restaurant. Staff attention was fine; Helen was delightful. Breakfasts were somewhat disappointing. Two of the mornings, there were no staff to cook make-to-order items and the wait staff seemed to assume diners prefer the buffet; my wife and I don’t. Breakfast menu selections were okay but not great. Evening meal menu was resort casual. Can’t comment on the Seagar’s restaurant."
