"O hotel é fantástico, fica no meio da selva, você acorda com o canto dos pássaros, valeu a experiência! Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionista José, muito simpático e atencioso. Restaurante com ótimos pratos e atendimento perfeito. Café da manhã bom, ambiente agradável. Não fiquem no apartamento 112. devido a mata fechada, e por ser um quarto térreo, estava com cheiro de mofo e minha esposa tem alergia, falamos com José e deram outro quarto que estava 100% cheiroso."

"We were blown away with the Treehouse and wanted to try the Birdhouse. We booked both and went back and forth. It was such a unique property and experience. The meals were fantastic and gourmet. It rained during our visit for the Falls but this property made the trip worth the effort. Edwina from Washington, DC."

"Our hotel stay was wonderful. The property is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous views everywhere you look, and the staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. Our room had the most incredible view, which made the experience even more special. The pool area was stunning as well. We visited during the off-season, so it wasn't quite warm enough for a swim, but we still loved spending time there enjoying drinks and lunch while taking in the scenery. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff graciously helped coordinate a wine delivery to my parents' room for their anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch and made their celebration even more memorable. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and eager to make our stay special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily return."

"Loved the atmosphere of this hotel, the grounds, and dining area were very nice. Our room was large, spacious, clean and private the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had many choices and was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!"

"A great place! it has 8 cottages ("villas") each with a queen bed bedroom and a loft with 2 twins, and a living room with a kitchen. The backdoor opens to a patio leading to selva. You can spend a night or several week comfortably there. The greatest thing about the lodge is its "selva" -- the property is huge, you can wal and walk there, through many kinds of native and planted trees -- bananas, avocados, many kinds of palms and many many others. Watch the monkeys jumping from one tree to another. We spent both mornings walking it and it was a highlight of the trip. (Well the waterfall are more impressive, but we loved this selva). The restaurant serves fancy food for dinner -- it is ok, but the looks and presentation (excellent) are much better than the food itself (just good). Dine there on the first night and decide for yourself. But at least once :) Breakfasts are good. I'd prefer they put less focus on inventiveness and presentation, and serve for "honest" food. But its just me. Also -- do not miss the wildlife refuge nextdoors."

"Amazing place! Small tips: - I would not recommend to book the waterfall view. Yes, the view is spectacular, but humidity is not acceptable. Jungle view is much better. - Second and third floors was renovated, first floor is not as fresh as other areas. But still good! - Book your stay with the half board. The food is delicious!"
