"Television wasn’t working couldn’t get any assistance with my luggage. Wasn’t a wide enough variety for breakfast. "

"We stayed one night on a lay over and used the shuttle service. We woke up late. Alarm didn't go of for us. The staff called us and held the shuttle a couple of extra minutes for us. Ordering in dinner from any place we recognized was difficult due to limited restaurants willing to deliver to this location."

"The room was great and the staff wonderful. The restaurant food was very good and has soft lighting and not very loud music, all perfect for the weary traveller. The only glitch was that there was no coffee machine in the room and when housekeeping brought one, it didn’t work. Please bring back regular drip coffee machines not the Keurig ones! They make terrible coffee and so much garbage waste with the pods. I’ve stayed here before and may well come back on my travels between western Canada and other destinations. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were ok but not the greatest in taste. Bedroom was clean but the bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like, would need to deep clean as the tub, sink and floor corners are dirty. It's not as quiet when I stayed and got a few prank calls from teenage kids staying at the hotel but it was dealt with by management right away."

"The staff should have to maintain a certain level of personal hygiene. Only one elevator working and it seemed like the staff put themselves as a priority to use it."
