We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. "It was an excellent experience; all the staff were very helpful and friendly, they gave good tips and were always attentive. Everything was clean, the breakfast was good and plentiful and always well-stocked. The coffee was excellent and available 24 hours a day. I will definitely come back here next time."
