"Hotel und Zimmer sind sehr gut und das Personal ist mehr als zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück, zur Stoßzeit, herrscht ein leichtes Chaos aber ist noch überschaubar. Das Leonardo ist sehr zu empfehlen und in Augsburg, ab jetzt, unser Stammhotel."
