Lovely breakfast, spacious room, nice staff. Issues with cleaning (empty handsoap, had to ask for toilet paper, dirty glasses just turned upside down, coffee cup replased but dirty spoon left on top, dirty cleaning rag left in the bathroom, etc). I have stayed in this property several times but it needs a major overhaul in the rooms, they are very badly run down. The breakfast was tasteless and the food from the bar was unsatisfactory. It was not served hot.

I wouldn’t look past the Commodore. Its staff are helpful and friendly, the atmosphere is just a magic blend of old world splendour and modern lightness and everything is clean and comfortable.
