I enjoyed the area right on the doorstep of the Palace. Staff were so helpful and allowed me to che lck in early after a difficult flight. 6 minutes from the public transit that takes you downtown and out to rhe country side.

The room was not ready at check in. The customer service member and manager were professional and informative. The room was not as clean as I would prefer. We could hear a few of the families staying on the same floor as us.
