"5 minute drive to Enniscorthy town centre.
Easy routes to Wexford and Waterford. Just under two hours from Dublin airport by car.
Lovely and peaceful.
You could hear the birds sing and the sheep bah lol"

"we were travelling to Ireland to bring my brother’s ashes back to bury him, I spoke to the owner of this house on the day of travelling only to be told they do not advertise their property with Hotels.com we were left stranded and having to sort out accommodation last minute, the owner tried to help us as Bunclody is a very small town and not plentiful of accommodation. We ended up finding somewhere which was not ideal as it was room only instead of a whole house with cooking...

"We weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived but were given a pleasant impression once we arrived inside. Clearly the owners care about their guests as the place was left super clean for us and very well equipped, including some generous goods including breakfast items and a carton of milk which was much appreciated. For these reasons I have to give huge props to those who own the caravan and put in effort to create a positive experience for their guests."

We stayed at this hotel on very short notice as we were delayed on a ferry crossing to Rosslare - this hotel is about 30 minutes' drive from the port and would be an ideal place to stay the night before a sailing or as a base for exploring Wexford and its many attractions. We arrived late in the evening to a warm welcome and the offer of food if we needed it: we had a very comfortable room with two double beds for our family of four, and a view of the Slaney River from our Juliet balcony. Wanted a room for a single night to break a journey. Could not have chosen better.
Easy check in at the bar and plenty of parking. We were a couple but given a very spacious family room. It was clean with nice bedding and towels.
No food on site but that is reflected in the very reasonable price. Lots of bars and eateries a short walking distance away. The recommemdations made by the host were both great.

Stayed before at the Ferrycarrig due to the facilities at the hotel and the fantastic views of the Estuary. You won't be disappointed.
Only small gripe was breakfast due to self service the cooked bacon etc can be a tad cold and chewy. Otherwise good spread and plenty to chose from.

Everything was impeccable- spacious and very comfortable room with lots of unexpected amenities. Such a quiet spot, but a very short easy walk from the middle of town. The property being surrounded by flowers was a delight. They did me a lovely vegan breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Would absolutely recommend, and stay again.

This is a beautiful country house hotel just outside Wexford. It is ideally situated to explore the beautiful east coast beaches and numerous historical attractions nearby. It has warm friendly hosts and offers a stonkingly good breakfast. Definitely recommended.

Water front views ,on the Quay in Wexford yet only around the corner from the main shopping areas of this town.
Plenty do and lots of information of where to go in the reception area, The spa facilities were great. Just make sure you book for any special massages etc that you may like as they are in great demand.
Will be going there again.

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Monageer, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.
What’s there to see and do in Monageer?
While exploring the area, visit family-friendly sights like Jumpstarts Adventure Park, or get outside and enjoy nature at Wells House & Gardens. Enniscorthy Castle and National 1798 Centre are a couple of places you'll find in the wider area.
What’s a holiday rental in Monageer like?
Holiday rentals are private properties where you can stay for a few weeks, or just a few days, in Monageer. Holiday rentals provide amenities such as WiFi and washers and dryers so you'll feel right at home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, holiday rentals can provide a sense of safety away from shared hotel lifts and busy reception areas while still allowing you to travel. You'll also have more space in a holiday rental than in a traditional hotel, which makes a holiday rental an attractive option for families.
