"Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on ..."

"The location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The unit was spacious for 3 adults and the kitchenette was a decent size. The wifi did not work and it was freezing."
