The lobby, stairwells and room were satisfactory clean , however there was room for improvement. Especially in the shower and the doors and around the door handles. Over all happy with the stay. The restaurant was amazing and excellent prices. The staff were professional and helpful.

Clean room, staff was helpful for a late check in. Included breakfast was small + quite disorganized, confusing to manage. Includes coffee/tea, orange/apple juice, toast, yogurt, and cereal. About what you expect for somewhere like this. Didn't see the pool but was told its hours are 9am-9pm.

I’m disappointed that the pool was not clean and most of the bottom was covered in dirt and algae. It also smelled of mildew, which radiated to the halls upstairs. My key cards randomly stopped working twice, but staff were quick to fix it. I found the beds to be comfortable and clean.

The staff were excellent however the pool area was filthy. There were no towels to use after the pool, which were supposed to be kept in cracked tote. The TV was not working after the 2nd day, and the staff did not get the pool area unlocked in the morning. The continental breakfast consisted or toast, cereal or yogurt. The beds were comfortable, though.

Our room number 61 was clean, spacious and a good bathroom. We only had to do with staff the first day upon arrival and that was it. The grounds could be better maintained. If you like Indian food and the smell of Curry, you'll be fine in the main office and if you don't then know that it's very strong. But once you're in the second building as we were, it was fine. All was good

This motel is in deep decline. The place was dirty, and certain items were broken. The pool had paint peeling off the ceiling, the bottom of the pool was questionable, and the hot tub was boarded up. The stove was broken, the oven so dirty it set off the fire alarm. The window wouldn't open, as the handle was broken. What dishes or utensils that were available, were dirty. However, the beds were clean and comfortable.

This is definitely a get what you pay for hotel. The staff was fantastic to work with but the property itself was scattered with garbage. The pool was okay but there was some sediment just chilling on the bottom. At one point it was a little sketchy because the cops showed up for someone. The room was okay. It was clean and the beds were comfy. There was just enough parking but the lot wasn’t well labeled. The breakfast was what you expect for a cheaper hotel. Just cereal, toast and yogurt. Overall it was an okay stay and we didn’t have any major issues.

I got "upgraded" from a room with one king bed to a room with two queen beds - I was alone. The doors were filthy and the whole place reeked like it was never cleaned. I had to leave and did not stay a single night because it was so bad.

Room was cleanish, kitchenette outdated with limited cooking utensils, oven is old and not clean looking. Pool advertised does not smell clean and no circulating water. Stairs and carpets leading up to room filthy. The only thing they seem to have invested in is their restaurant downstairs for lunch/dinnertime. Breakfast included ok for kids. Parking is in parking lot downstairs so if you are on the second floor you have to bring up all your bags. Filter of the air conditioning dirty and smells musty, would have to be cleaned thoroughly. Just a bit of extra effort on changing appliances and cleanliness and this place could have so much more potential. WiFi and cable TV works well. Can't expect more from a 2 star hotel.

I will try to make this review as fair as possible (no positive pictures to share) Staff: Outstanding I stayed there for a night and only interacted with staff twice (check in and check out); so can't say anything negative about staff: they were very polite, helpful and welcoming. Cleanliness: terrible I instantly regretted my decision after entering the room. I didn't want to leave a negative review at first because I said to myself they could be a struggling business trying to do their best. In the meantime, they need to know what they are doing well or wrong. The facilities seemed quite worn out, which doesn't help much with appearance. My room seemed to have not been seriously cleaned from last guest. Bathroom and sink was filthy (could still see stains of previous use on bowl and mirror). Bed sheets were unserviceable (was turning brownish, has some wholes and tears). Facilities and amenities: Okay Had everything one might need for a standard stay: full size fridge, even had a kitchenette with full stove and oven. A/C was good and water was hot. I won't focus too much on the looks because it wasn't a win for them either: closet was falling apart, and white paint on doors was leaning towards brown. No comment on food since I didn't try it. They offered Continental breakfast but couldn't get the courage and enough trust to try after such negligence on cleaning. Overall: This place needs to take cleanliness more seriously and they might get more stars from me

DO NOT STAY HERE! It is baffling to me that this property is allowed to remain open. It is filthy, inside and out. Do not trust the photos you see advertised. We had a reservation. We did not stay. I have never seen such a dirty hotel. Greasy, grimy floors, Carpet that looks as though it has never be vacuumed. An ice machine that would surely make you sick. The smell was unbearable. There was toothpaste in the sink, dirty toilets, mold in the shower, drink rings in the mini fridge, smears on the glass, broken latch on the door. The pool.....wow....I would not anyone or anything put their body in that water. The paint in the pool was peeling, the ceiling was stained and peeling, the pool deck was disgusting. When I informed the attendant that we could not stay because of the conditions she said nothing. When she offered nothing, I asked to speak to the manager. I was given a spiel about no manager. The owner lives in Florida. I emailed the owner and received no reply. While we (the adults) tried to get compensation for not being able to stay in these unfit conditions, 2 men stood near our locked vehicle, looking at the children 12, 13,18 to the point where they called us out of fear. They will get your money and have zero repercussions for not providing guests with what they thought they were paying for. Expedia did try to help us, they were sympathetic but unable to give a refund. This is not a case of you get what you pay for, this place is crooked.

Stayed with my partner prior to him having surgery scheduled for the next day. Given a 2nd floor room (up 15 stairs) because the elevator was out of service. Room was filthy, toilet in bathroom very dirty. Because reservation was for 2 nights put in a request for a ground floor room. This was granted and room was cleaner but the guest directly above stomped around in what could only have been steel toed boots from 10pm to 1am. Never went to a breakfast area so cannot comment, but overall opinion is that this hotel is extremely run down. Between the unclean hallways and rooms combined with noise of the main road I would never stay here again. I will note that the staff were very good when asked to change rooms and were able to provide a replacement charge cord when mine broke.

Location OK, but on busy main street which was quite noisy all through the night. On arrival it was a very cold, stormy day & night on Good Friday weekend. Outdoor temp was 0 degrees C. Room was not preheated before my arrival, so it was only 12 C indoors. Had to set the thermostat to 32 C & wear my coat for 5 hours while room & bed heated up to a reasonable 23C. Lack of electric light on exterior stairs to second floor is a safety hazard. Aluminum storm door unable to be latched securely so it banged in wind. Hard surface floor. Linen/towels were clean & new. Bathroom was clean. Mattress was good condition and firm. Could have used another blanket. Some mold around caulking of tub. AC wall unit had air gaps around edges that should be sealed to prevent drafts. Working microwave & good internet connection. Dining room was OK, but menu served entirely South Asian food. Went elsewhere for supper. Self serve cold style breakfast was adequate, but dispenser provided really dark & unappealing syrupy "apple" juice. Front desk staff seemed unsure of check in/check out procedures & how to explain to guest. They required a refundable cc deposit to "cover incidentals" (really a security deposit) & made me wait until they inspected the room before I left. Nothing special at this "motor inn" facility. Owners should invest in cosmetic & maintenance upgrades to make rooms more appealing. Expedia price was OK at $79 plus tax. Would use again if nothing else available in area.
