Lovely staff at the office and the night watch man as well …. AC worked well and we had an extra fan provided …. Plenty of hot water in shower … this was our second visit to Julia’s and we will definitely be back again ….

The condo was beautiful, clean, convenient to everything in town, and the staff was wonderful. We also loved the meals at the resort. We had an AMAZING stay at Itz’ana!! We were impacted by winter storms in the southeast and missed our first night.
