"Really lovely pleasant hotel - will definitely stay again"

"This was a third stay. Good hotel, within reasonable walking distance of Ross-on-Wye & well situated for exploring the surrounding countryside & towns. Great to have on-site parking. Owners are friendly & helpful. Appreciate being able to book a single room.Clearly marked emergency exits. Both rooms previously stayed in were up steep, narrow stairs. Didn't find these a problem, but vsitors with mobility difficulties would be advised to check accessibility with the owners before booking."

"This B&B is a very good alternative to a traditional hotel. The room was spacious, with a lovely ensuite bathroom, and everything was clean to a very good standard. The only thing that could be improved would be the pillows. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and every enquiry we had was responded to promptly. The accommodation is well organised and tidy, and the kitchen area is very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. We would happily stay here...

"The Three Cocks Hotel was an interesting facility. We arrived at about 6:50 pm, 10 minutes before end of check-in, but there was a note on the counter with the room key for self checkin. Odd process with nobody at the desk, the key to the room left out and no form of security at the front door. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, which we appreciated. A very rustic hotel, with very uneven floors, sagged support beams, rickety wooden front door and door upstairs. Breakfast was ok, but...

"Everything was fine and they were very helpful when Expedia did not send the pass code for the door or tell us our room number. As this site says there were no Hosts available after 5 for check in. WE HAD TO SLEEP IN OUR CAR OVER NIGHT AND WE GOT A PARKING TICKET TO BOOT! I WAS TOLD THAT THIS HAPPENS ALOT WITH BOOKING THROUGH EXPEDIA. WOULD LIKE AN EMAIL TO DISCUSS GETTING REFUND AND COST OF THE TICKET."

"Everywhere was super clean and beautifully decorated, maintained etc. Good parking. Very helpful staff/owner."

"Everything was brilliant !! Would definitely recommend"

"When I checked in i went via the PUB entrance and the owner was a bit surprised to see an Indian family having booked into their century old pub. The pub itself is mazing, very well maintained with old beams and stones and cozy tables and corners. The rooms are on first and second floors with everything you can wish for. Large comfortable beds , sitting chairs, standing shower everything. The staff are helpful and polite and they offer a sumptuous breakfast( paid separately). Placed very...

"Lovely staff but unfortunately the room is not fit for purpose, food is decent Was showed room 8 but window broken (35 degree heat) & was given option for room9 a twin. *hole in floor trip hazard *curtain didnt open/close properly *no side lqmp* *Sheets scratchy *broken floor tiles en suite *shower rusty Was given a fan v grateful for but filthy & throwing off bits, cleaned it but not acceptable"

"Highly recommended."

"It is a lovely little hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent for Hereford just 7 minutes away. We used it as a base and visited Hereford Cathedral and the Old House Museum in Hereford, Croft Castle, Leominster, Ledbury (not to be missed) Ross on Wye and Goodrich Castle. All less than 45 mins. away. Also some of the Black and White villages north of the City. Would definitely recommend this hotel and also a trip to...
