This place is surreal. We felt like we were on the set of the Name of the Rose. Sleeping in a real XIV century monastery, with its own church (with amazing frescoes), on a hill overlooking the grapes and olive trees dotted countryside...just unbelievable. We stay in one the celle, which is a 3 bedroom apartment on 2 floors, with your own private garden...yes, that's correct. Simply unheard of. The location is great too (Siena is a short drive away). The only setbacks were breakfast, very...

A wonderful holiday - comfortable and lovely furnished rooms in the style of the converted farmhouse A place to chill out and enjoy the garden surroundings away from the city - although Siena is a awesome medieval town.....with a lovely saltwater pool Food good and great breakfast Staff very obliging and nothing too much trouble Rooms very clean Tours can be arranged via reception need to be fairly active if walking the 2 km in and out of Siena A car is advisable to get farther...

I was one of a party of four adults who have just returned from a wonderful and relaxing seven day holiday at the Sangallo Park Hotel which is in close proximity to Siena ( less than 10 minutes in a Car). On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception who give us an overview of the hotel and provided us with details of a local restaurant as it was late at night, he even rang the restaurant straight away and booked us a table. Every morning we were greeted by...

The breakfast is quite good.

Nice modern business hotel with spacious rooms. Mine had a balcony too. Plenty of parking on site. I ate in the restaurant which was good and reasonably priced. It’s a bit out of the way, so definitely not somewhere to explore Siena on foot by!

This is the hotel of dreams. I will remember this place for a very long time. Stunning spot, amazingly friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant (tasting menu) which was out of this world. Breakfast lovely Loved the pool Amazing amazing place.

Very nice staff and very nice place to stay.

Good hotel for visiting Siena. Helpful staff.

Lovely place, staff exceptionally grand helpful. Lovely quiet position. Breakfast fresh ingredients and tasty. Loved the rustic feel. Very Italian as you would expect.

I would definitely recommend especially if travelling by car. Excellent price and location

The hotel is located 200m outside the city walls (by Porta Romana) to the south of the city. It has facilities for car-parking and is a 10-minute taxi-ride or bus-ride from the railway station (taxis are not allowed to pass through the old city). Externally, the hotel is not particularly impressive - but internally, it is a joy. Beautifully decorated throughout in a classical style, with a conservatory breakfast-room - and a well-planted rear terrace with views across the Tuscan plain. ...

The most beautiful and breathtaking place to stay. The staff were lovely, the rooms were quiet, the views were exceptional. The breakfast was perfect. Idyllic!

An absolute little gem in Siena! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sara and Carolina were fantastic from start to finish. They couldn’t do enough for us. They let us know exactly where to park, which was really helpful as Siena has traffic restrictions for visitors, helped us book a winery tour and gave us some great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The communication was brilliant and they made everything so easy for us. The hotel itself is lovely, in a perfect location, beautifully restored and...
