"Very disappointed in the hotel, whom didn’t accommodate a significant issue, where they state that the hotel is air conditioned but they don’t actual turn on the air conditioning until May and we caught a warm April week and spent 3 sleepless nights because the room was a sauna. They say the rooms don’t have individual cooling , it’s all one system . I asked them to compensate us for the inconvenience but when Expedia called them to apply a credit , they refuse to acknowledge the email and calls...

Also, made us pay for water during breakfast hours (open buffet), which is the only negative thing about my stay.
