Nice large room (812), friendly staff. In a high end residential area so not close to shops or restaurants. You need to Rely on Uber to get around. Go for the prepaid breakfast since no alternatives near the hotel…. It’s decent and not overpriced

Great experience at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern; confortable bed and pillows (felt like home). Good restaurant and cafe. Staff service is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

The service attitude has deteriorated compared to the one they had in the past. A couple of years ago, everybody got out of their way to please the guests. Now it sometimes seems that the focus is on efficiency and rules.

Hotel com excelente infraestrutura, mas muito comercial. Muito movimento de eventos empresariais, o que prejudica o atendimento dos funcionários. Constantemente cheio.
