"The staff was nice and welcoming. I did get upgraded to a mini/Jr suite but unfortunately when we went in the room there was a water leak from the room above. We immediately notified the front desk and they sent a super nice lady who was in charge of housekeeping I believe. Since it was late on a Friday, they couldn’t do anything about it and the hotel was sold out. The nice lady apologized and put towels on the floor.
