"Struttura collocata in un posto unico e con vista mozzafiato. Anche se datata, è tenuta molto bene e offre un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante. Camere ben attrezzate e confortevoli: siamo stati ospitati in una suite family davvero bella e comodissima (con vista sul lago). Personale molto gentile e disponibile. "Perfectly located hotel with great ambience and helpful staff. Special shout out to Katya who helped us plan a detailed itinerary and cover several villas and gardens we had planned to see. Easy ferry location just outside the hotel!"

"There were both positives and negatives during our stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel was extremely clean, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the secure free parking available in the basement. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. We stayed for three nights and booked four rooms for our family, and every room had the same issue — the AC did not cool properly at all....

"Wonderful"

"Our stay was very disappointing for a Doubletree Hilton. The beds were rock hard, there was no internet service with wifi, doors to the elevator slammed shut on you within seconds of opening, and the bathroom shower filled up and flooded the rest of the bathroom floor moments after turning it on. The one saving grace was the breakfast buffet and coffee drinks which were both quite good. "

"What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!"

"Die Lage war super. Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Die Zimmergröße war wirklich sehr klein, war aber alles sauber. Pro Nacht für den Parkplatz in der Garaga 25,00€ bezahlt, was meiner Meinung nach schon teuer ist."

"Stunning location & comfortable rooms. Tip: it is better if you have your own car but there is a bus stop just outside the door. Friendly staff but disappointing there was no water or tea & coffee facilities in the rooms. Also our air conditioner wasn’t working for the first 48 hours which, during a hot spell, made one room uncomfortable."

"The location was awesome. It was immediately right outside the ferry station of lenno, as soon as you get our of the ferry. View from the front of the hotel was great. The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was clean. They provide 3 things in the minibar that is included in the price. A coke, a water can and carbonated water can. Its once for the stay. The breakfast was better than average. They had fresh squeezed orange juice (they actually had a machine right there). Nice fruits and...
