"From the ride from and to airport was exactly . From the Walmart runs that was a 10/10 . The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly . My family first time being in Mobile , Alabama . The property it self was just beautiful . Décor and floor was gorgeous . We really enjoy our stay , due to the weather that kept my family and there for two extra days ."

"Where do I begin? This is the worst hotel. I ever stayed on, the smell of mold., The dust on the fence, the broken elevator, and the fact that When you were showering. You were bathing in 2 inches of dirty water. The broken elevator You’re better of staying in your car of staying here. DO NOT STAY THERE."

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worse enemy. My key to the room wouldn’t not work and had to go down stairs three times until I was mixed to another room. When I was moved to the new room there was no shower curtain and the floors were terrible. Then I requested a refund because I was going to drive through but u was told there wasn’t going to be a refund. Then I requested a new room. Which then my sheets were stained and there were roaches in the sink and bath tub."

"Desk staff was nice, efficient. A housekeeper had just cleaned it, was friendly and offered help if we needed anything. It was too late when we realized we only had one towel for two adults (oh, and the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles were still in the shower). "Beautiful property! Loved our stay. A couple of things could have made it better. We stayed here to have a pool day, but there was only one lounger in the entire pool. Had to lay on the ground. We were excited to hang in the happy hour as well, but the bar tender was less than friendly. Lots of great things though! Very clean. Great service at the front desk! Loved that they had treats and beverages out for guests. Would stay here again."
