"Our room was sweltering hot. When I told the front desk clerk that it was so uncomfortable she just said “oh, I’m sorry.” Lol Breakfast was far less options that other hotels of this caliber. Bath tub was less than clean. Bathroom floors in the corners looked like that hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. Solid disappointment with this hotel."
"Beautiful hotel! Gorgeous, artsy decor, huge room, warm and friendly staff. Great vibe. My only complaint at all was that there was no "grab and go" breakfast for us to grab while we were getting ready to go. Young lady at restaurant counter said they didn't have staff that morning to make the biscuits, which I thought was really strange for a Saturday. But she was so lovely and nice that I couldn't be upset about it. Anyway, I would definitely stay at Hotel Tupelo again!"
"Room was clean, staff was very nice, the air conditioning is ok but with the Jacuzzi in the room, I'd bring a little fan next time! Parking was great also. It was a nice little get away for the weekend. "
"Everything in the room was in order except the toilet paper dispenser was coming out of the wall and the overhead lighting was lacking. Bring your own shampoo. Coffee in the room and in the lobby. "

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. This was actually the second time my husband and I have stayed here, and it continues to impress us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and were always friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable. We also felt safe during our stay, both in our room and around the hotel, which is something we really value when traveling. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and everything was organized in a way that made the experience smooth and stress-free.
Overall, this hotel provided exactly what we were looking for—a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others.
