"I was overall disappointed with our stay at Crieff Hydro , room was far to warm no air conditioning, had a fan on all weekend, we had a fridge in our room that blew our hot air and didn’t keep anything cold ! On checking out no one person asked how our stay was which is really bad customer service ..."

"Cottage is a bit run down could do with a bit modernisation. Soft was old and uncomfortable to sit on. Bed was also uncomfortable. I’ve been going to moness for years. Asked for a cottage where we can sit outside but unfortunately request wasn’t granted.🙁"
