"The room we were presented with had mold growing in it and smelled awful. When we complained they offered us a different room but said it because it is an old building. The floors were damp and moisture was on the walls and TV. They would not refund only offer new room. For being non smoking facility ..."

"There was no free breakfast. There was no cold water from our faucet - lukewarm from the cold side was the coldest. I was compensated 1 bottle of water for this. Staff was not that friendly.Things were just OK - will never go back."
