Devina the manager was amazing .We needed to offload our luggage early to have a new tyre fitted to the motorbike and she allowed early check in .We ate in the restaurant one night and the pasta we ordered was delicious .Devina was our waitress and she was very friendly making sure we were happy and her customer service skills were amazing . The only reason I gave a 4 for amenties was the washing machine was out of order and we needed to wash clothes but I...

"From Jodi's welcoming words and driving up to the Lohhtkeepers House we felt we had stepped into a special place. The location is just like a beautiful story, with the lighthouse circling above through the night you can feel transmitted back to ages past. The house itself is perfect. The Fairy Penguin Colony and wallabes the wander in to the yard make it perfect as you sit on the enclosed porch with coffee looking out prrched above the water. We will long remember our too short stay and dream...

"Did not get a virtual checkin message re keysafe code to open room. Only access to disability room was via stairs or dirty steep ramp in service delivery with 4 heavy fire doors. Room outlook was to covered pool and back fence, not the managers glowing “water views “ or pictures on advertising. Restaurant closed for our stay. Mould in shower. No vacuum cleaning during 3 night stay. Layer of dust on bed head. "
