very average property with dismal regard for hygiene. Needs a overhaul completely. Old bedsheets, towels etc and service is practically useless

hotel was good but I got the room on 3rd floor.. no lift! location s gud and neat but please dn make people to take stairs for 3 floors.. which s tiring after roaming around in goa nd climb 3 floors! breakfast was ok nd food s lil overpriced.. 2.5/5..

Very Nice hotel close to Morjim beach

Very nice hotel close to morjim beach. Other beautiful beach (Mandreem & Ashvem) are also in 20 mins reach on bike. They have very nice hotel room, facilities, reception & staff. There is only one thing that they need to improve, and that's restaurant. They had little average morning breakfast, very less options in drinks.
