"Communication prior to arrival and during was polite and friendly. We were met upon arrival and were escorted to the apartment. In the kitchen was coffee, tea & chocolate. The apartment was clean, neat, well appointed. In the bathrooms were shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, soap, toothbrush, etc. It’s close to shops and restaurants, plus a short walk to the train station. It is secure and quiet. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return. "

"I hadd read some reviews and rang and spoke to a man on reception....he assured me that our room would be clean. I must admit that it was reasonably clean but very tired. Good points....clean white sheets, pillow cases and towels. The bed was quite comfortable as were the pillows. The kitchen was neat and tidy....we only used cups for a cup of tea. "Please clean rooms thoroughly before staying. Also the place needs a deep clean, and new lick of paint. The beds are alright but need to present better with headboards.
