"Room was very clean and spacious. Included all standard immenities of microwave, refrigerator, iron, desk, etc. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast had nice variety of choices. Enjoyed our two day stay and will use again."

"We booked this place based on the pool area for our kids. The pool mushroom didn’t work. The pool water was very cold. The hot tub was fine. Rooms were decent but not the cleanest. "We loved the Black Hawk Hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent as, allowing us to walk to great restaurants, shops, and bars. We will be back!"
