"The staff at all levels were helpful & friendly. They resolved my late arrival without an issue & provided an excellent breakfast in the morning.
It is a pity that the bar closes at 22:00 but that is my only concern."

"The room wasn’t clean, the headboard on the bed was worn and ripped, underneath the bed was filthy and full of hairs, a previous guests glasses were left in the room, a small used soap bar used unhygienic and not enough for 2 guests, other items were also not replenished, despite having a previous stay at this hotel which was good this one did not live up to the previous standard and the member of staff on reception was also quite rude"
