"My 3 day stay was comfortable. This is my second time staying at this property in Redding. The suites are spacious and clean My only personal gripe is the light motion detector in the bathroom. They have a nightlight. They really don’t need a motion detector light in the bathroom when you get up in the middle of the night to do your business. It’s so bright you need sunglasses."

"Easy to get to from I-5 going South Rooms ok and bed comfortable but no lights by bed - just overhead lights, so impossible if on person wants to stay up longer to read, etc. Major issue was with the shower and unable to regulate temperature. A mm one way or another delivered scalding hot water or cold. Very unsafe. We reported it to the desk."

"Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service Our stay was very disappointing. The front desk manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. We felt that we were treated differently because we were foreigners and did not speak English fluently. The difference in the way we were treated compared to other guests made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic, and the hotel staff seemed unprepared for the number of guests. Food and bread...

"The hotel itself was convenient from the highway, easy to get to and then a great location. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and bathroom was clean. The only issue was there were people revving their engines on the road nearby; however, if you put the a/c fan on to low it was enough to drown out the noise."

"The sheets smelled clean! The room looks and smells clean. Nothing stale or artificial. Shower is strong (maybe a little too strong lol). We had an issue with the bathroom, but staff helped us out tremendously. Breakfast was great: sausage, eggs, pancakes etc, and the coffee was superb! Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The amenities were top notch. For the price, I will come back to a Marriott hotel in a heartbeat."
