"The road house hotel and r.v. park is probably one of my favorite spots i have stayed. And ive stayed a lot of places. The hotel owner is amazing, she was very helpful and just had a great vibe about her. All of the staff at the roadhouse restaurant were awesome. Very nice and on top of their job. "Nasty hair everywhere, contacted the customer service number, never had anyone sent out to make it right. Never had new sheets brought to us like they promised. Nasty floors, nasty everything. Will absolutely 100% never be back. Waste of my money."

"I booked a nonsmoking room. We got a room that smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The breakfast consisted of chocolate chip muffins, plain bagels and cereal (fruit loops and corn flakes). They also had orange juice (that was brown), apple juice and coffee. Dot at check in was precious. The ice machine did not have any ice. And our door did not lock all the way."

"I had a really bad experience, It was expensive $67,59 for a really smelly and nasty room, the bathroom was very dirty and with stained towels, the toilet and tub were filthy and disgusting. "The exterior and grounds of the building were nice and I was impressed when we drove up to the hotel. Once inside there was a mop bucket and mop I stored in the lobby. The desk clerk was outside when we arrived and had to run in to greet us. We took the elevator up to our room on the third floor. We could smell an unpleasant odor going to our room. We left our belonging and took the stairs down to go eat. The stairs were covered in carpet and were filthy nasty. Handrails were dirty. ...

"The room was clean and comfortable and well thought out. The bed was also comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was better than most and not squeezed into a small venue."

"For whatever reason there was someone stomping around in a room above ours, intermittently, ALL NIGHT for one of the nights during our three-night stay. It was annoying. Some of the upholstered furniture in the room had stains and the bathroom door could not be opened all the way, bc it interfered with the toilet. We didn't complain because we didn't pay a lot for the room and it was pretty clean. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part."

"The hotel is completely under renovation which we were not informed of when booking. No restaurant open. Our first room was unclean and someone had been laying on the bed. Front desk was helpful getting a new room. Coffee in lobby with no tops for cups. Very unpleasant experience. I typically expect more from Indigo."
