"Enjoyed a quiet clean room with a slider onto a roof top sitting area. The door and the large window were able to be covered with room darkening drapes. I enjoyed a comfortable firm but not hard mattress.. Breakfast would have been fine if the food had been hot, however, a pleasant hot gravy helped that be less of a problem. The price was reasonable. Yes, I would like to return to the same room."

"The staff was excellent but the room, not so great. It was 90 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioner quit. I picked up the phone to dial the front desk and the phone didn't work. My husband had to walk to the front desk to talk to somone and they said they could give us a fan if we wanted and they would let maintenance know. Maintenance arried around 11pm and did fix the issue but it took forever to cool the room enough to sleep. They did what they could I guess but the stay/room was not up to par. It was the king suite room 234, the lobby and breakfast were great but the rooms could use some work. They do have a lot of great amenities but it doesn't off set room conditions. We chose this hotel because it had 9.4 stars but for the price we would not stay here again it certainly was not a 9.4 star room. "

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer a service that will deliver show and activity tickets to your room, which is nice. Pool was clean. Carpet did not seem vacuumed, but room was very clean despite that."

"It was in a great location for what we wanted to do. Rooms are dated, however, the price was good. We've been to Branson many times, and every time we've been, there are more things that went out of business. "

"Internet was good, staff was nice but not very knowledgeable. Double charged me and then had a hard time refunding it. Did eventually come through but took overnight to get a receipt/answer. Gym there was subpar. Not the greatest parking and entrance was a mess."

"The rooms were clean, but housekeeping is for every other day so you will have to call for extra towels. They do provide a washer and dryer for free, but it is only one on each floor and have to be shared. We stayed in Villa 2 which was close to the basketball court so that meant we heard everything! Our room was also on the 3rd floor which meant every step or noise the people above us made were heard very clearly. If we were to stay again the 4th floor would be a best choice and because Vila 2 had 2 sections we would stay closer towards the middle section. Above the not being able to rest as well, the hotel is located in a great location is you want to stay closer to the activities. "
