Beautiful quiet location with ocean views. Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms are well kept and clean. Good restaurant options and the breakfast was scrumptious. It was truly a five star experience. If you are going to Mumbai, and want to be taken care of by some of the best, friendly, helpful and purely nice people, this is a great resort. A special shoutout to the staff at the 21-club - I received so much advice and helpful suggestions! If you want to have a great time - and live it up - stay at the Taj. Beware of the traffic though, give yourself time to reach your destinations.

Beautiful hotel, we were upgraded to the Club Floor and it was great to have access to the lounge and the staff were very nice. Atrium bar and performers were very good and the host, Mala was lovely. I wish I could have stayed a week instead of just 2 days.

Loved the service and my room. I was upgraded to a beautiful room with a gorgeous view and ate breakfast at the hotel every morning. Staff is impeccable and the area around is fun. Easy to get anywhere.

The staff were commendable. They went out of their way to satisfy us. The gym facilities were very good and were accessible during our short stay. The room was of a generous size with cushioned chairs, a desk and chair a tv and comfortable twin beds. There was not enough drawer space but that was our only criticism. We got a4 night package at a reasonable price but the hotel is not cheap.

Swarangi Mahadik is the Guest Relations Executive at the hotel and she checked us in at Reception. She was very attentive and caring and gave us a good overview of things to do in the area. Abinav was also awesome, The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated and the ambience was exhilarating. The dining area and staff were welcoming and breakfast was exceptional. We will definitely stay at Taj Lands in Bandra East.
