"The "guesthouse" hotel is wonderful! The "Victory" complex is a large "thermal water park" with people walking around in bathing suits, towels and robs, even at the restaurants! 100% unsanitary. I would not recommend staying at the "hotel" water park.
The guest house hotel is on the other side of the complex, which is quite and provides some remoteness. The staff is very professional, rooms are fantastic with many updates, balconies and also included daily breakfast. Well worth the price...
