This was one of our favorite places to stay during our 2 weeks in Europe. Big rooms, clean, comfortable beds, updated, and friendly staff. Wish we would have stayed for more than 1 night. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

Good hotel

Nice hotel, rooms are fairly basic but clean and tidy. I stayed for almost 2 weeks and in that time room wasn’t cleaned properly, empty glasses from the bar were left in room. Towels weren’t always changed when left to be changed. Restaurant next door is a little hit and miss when they are open. Food is good though.

Very pleasant stay. Nicely refurbished room. Comfortable. About 15 minutes walk to the local train station with under and over ground services to the city centre. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was good and the waiter was attentive.

⭐ 1 Star – Worst Hotel Experience Ever I booked and paid in advance through Hotels.com, but the hotel kept asking me to pay again through messages. When I arrived, the hotel was completely closed — no staff, no reception, and a broken self check-in machine that didn’t scan my QR code. I spent 3 hours (from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.) calling the hotel and Hotels.com support. The hotel never answered, and Hotels.com agents kept ending the chat without solving anything. One agent, Marlon Alfredo A., even said there was a “discrepancy” and refused to help after an hour of chatting! When I finally managed to enter, I found the so-called “4-star” room to be tiny — barely 2 square meters, like a box, and the breakfast was extremely poor. There was no staff available at any time, not even in the morning. This place is definitely not even a 2-star hotel, and the experience was a total disaster. Very disappointed with both the hotel and Hotels.com. Shameful service and zero support.

The property itself seems newly renovated, so is lovely. Very clean and very nice. The rooms are HUGE! however.. there is NO air conditioning, it got very very warm, and the road outside is very close and it was very loud. So, this being said, that means whilst the hotel is lovely, a good night sleep isn’t guaranteed unless you don’t mind noise or heat. The second bed wasn’t made up, and they brought sheets to do this ourselves. Shower was small. These were the main reason I had to mark down.

A Gorgeous Hotel with Everything you need

The staff were very helpful with holding our luggage prior to check-in. The room was beautiful. There was parking for our rental car & the Hotel is a short walk from the train station into Munich Central. The price is fair & great value. Highly Reccomended.

The room has no airco or ventilation as the vars passong by created a lot of noise the problem is that no window can be opened and the room gets very hot when the outside temperature is anove 20 degrees. Wont stay tehre anymore

Lousy service

Stay away from this hotel. Their "customer service" is lousy, grading with scale 4-10 would be 0-. The hotel says on their webpage and Hotels.com that reception is open until 22:00. We arrived before 21:00, and the door was locked, and nobody was there. The automated check-in outside didn't recognise our reservation. Luckily, there was still someone working at a restaurant, and we could get in and get our room. But the room smelled strongly that it had been smoked there. We went back to the restaurant to demand a different room. They said that it is impossible that the room smells cigarettes since it is a non-smoking room. After some argument, they called the receptionist, who promised he would be there in 10 minutes to take care of this issue. After 15 minutes nothing and I had to ask again. They called him again and now he said he will be there in 20 minutes. It took him 40 minutes to arrive, so we ended up waiting more than an hour with a tired small child for a room that was acceptable. I won't stay in this place ever again.
