"The hotel was a useful stop in Goch, with bistro-type catering provided - but not used. Shops and restaurants are about 8 mins walk away. The bedroom had a balcony, but this was shared with the next room and was already being used by them - so not used. Bedrooms, corridors and stairs are uncarpeted, so sounds of voices and hauled baggage are not suppressed. The bathroom tiles and shower tray were chipped, and there was no shelf above the small washbasin for toiletries. I shared my room and...

"Lovely hotel. Really nice, quiet, comfortable bed. Only thing to be aware of is the stairs are very steep so if you have mobility issues, this might not be the hotel for you but the lovely staff offered to take my bag up for me. Nice breakfast and setting near a canal in an old industrial area which has been spruced up. Really lovely would stay there again."
