"Im Allgemeinen ein gutes Hotel. Aber m.E. keine 4 Sterne. Unser Zimmer hatte viel Platz im Wohn- und Schlafbereich, aber war viel zu klein im Bad. Nur 2 Haken für Handtücher bei einem 4-Bettzimmer. Frühstücksbuffet war gut."

So muss man nicht vor jeder Ausfahrt separat bezahlen. Das Ambiente des Schiffs ist klasse. Man fühlt sich in der Zeit zurück versetzt. Der Blick auf Rotterdamm von der großen Terrasse ist toll. "Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

"Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages."

"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

"The jr suite room was nice for our family but a bit cramped. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Could use better curtains to block out the light especially in summer when the sun is up for a majority of the day. It was nice that there is a good cafe/coffee shop in the lobby but it is a mistake to have it as the entrance to the hotel. The only way to get to your room is through a very busy coffee shop.
