I missed the note highlighting reception shuts at 6pm, but I telephoned the contact number and my key was waiting in a lock box. Great location, central and easy 10 min walk from train. Interesting building with quirks and features - I'd stay again

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Utrecht. Very quirky (stairs are awesome!) and the room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful!

A beautiful and thoroughly relaxing hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. The garden was a real bonus. Definitely want to stay here again.

The staff were all outstanding - so friendly, cheery and helpful. Accommodation and facilities were stripped back but very stylish and comfortable. We had a fabulous view of the Dom tower from our "Full Moon" bedroom. Breakfast very generous, tasty and well-served. Fantastic central location but surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed oyr stay.

I stayed in the Eye Hotel in late October / early November 2017, while visiting Utrecht for a concert at the Tivoli Vredenburg. The hotel is conveniently situated about 10 to 15 minutes walk from Utrecht Centraal railway station (and about 10 minutes from the Tivoli Vredenburg venue). This part of the city has a wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops, and yet is not overly busy - so not excessively noisy. Wijde Begijnestraat itself is quite quiet except for morning and evening rush hour...

Great stay at this hotel over a weekend. The room was huge, well equipped and comfortable. WiFi was excellent. Staff superb.

A lovely hotel in a good location. A little bit of a walk from the station but not too far. Lovely apartment with all equipment needed, quiet and clean.

Excellent location for access to business located near 'The Wall'. Shuttle bus service excellent but book to ensure availability. All staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Rooms big and comfortable with everything you need.

Excellent hotel! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and couldn’t do enough. We did not eat in the hotel but the food seemed good. The room was large and clean. We decided to do the self clean option which meant we didn’t have our room cleaned every day, this was to be eco-friendly, and as a reward the hotel would give you a voucher for a drink every day you did self clean! Very happy with our stay and will be returning to this hotel!

Great location and really good sized apartment for a couple. Had everything you'd need. Bedroom was a little tight but no real complaints, just a bit snug getting it in! Staff were super helpful before, during and after check-in and were able to answer any questions we had. They even helped us sort out where to keep our luggage safe after we checked out at a sister hotel. Located in a great place just outside the centre, but within minutes you were there. Perfect for us. Will definitely use...
